to the Bradford Creek Community! Built in the early 1990’s,
this family oriented Hansen
and Horn community is made up of 223 architecturally aesthetic
households. Located on the corner of 79th Street and Carroll Road,
on the north east side of Marion County, is close to numerous retail
shopping centers, Geist Reservoir, as well as some of the best entertainment
venues the Mid-West has to offer.

purpose of the Bradford Creek Homeowners Association is
to provide for the maintenance, preservation and architectural control
of lots, buildings and common areas within the subdivision; and
to promote the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the
